The CaptuData mobile app includes a button called “Observations”, which allows you to review all the evidence collected during a route-type inspection.
Follow the steps below to view your observations
During or after an inspection, tap the “Observations” button.
A list will appear displaying all observations made during the inspection, organized in chronological order according to when they were created — as shown in the example image.
Each observation in the list is automatically numbered in the order it was recorded during the inspection.
Additionally, each observation includes:
The date when the evidence was recorded.
The time it was collected.
✅ Result: You can easily review all collected evidence and identify when each observation was made.
If the inspection has not yet been finalized, you can:
Delete observations you no longer need.
Remove attached evidence associated with an observation.
Once the inspection is finalized, observations become read-only and cannot be edited or deleted.

Keeping your observations organized helps ensure accurate data collection and makes analysis easier later on.
Always review your observations before finishing the inspection to confirm all evidence is properly saved.
