To access the CaptuData mobile app, your platform administrator must first create an account for you.
Once your account is created, you will receive an email containing your username and password to log in to the app.
Step 1: Download the App
Download the CaptuData app to your mobile device through the App Store.
Steps:
Open the App Store on your iOS device.
In the search bar, type “CaptuData.”
Select the app from the results and tap “Download” or “Get.”
Once the app is installed, it will appear on your device’s home screen.
Step 2: Log In to the App
Open the CaptuData app.
Enter the username and password provided by your administrator.
Tap “Log In.”
✅ Result: You will gain access to the app and can begin working with your assigned projects.
If You Cannot Log InIf your login credentials are incorrect, the app will display an error message and prevent access.
In this case:
Double-check your username and password.
If the issue persists, contact your platform administrator for support.
