How to Log In to the Mobile App on Android Devices

To access the CaptuData mobile app, your platform administrator must first create an account for you.
Once your account is created, you will receive an email containing your username and password to log in to the app.

Step 1: Download the App

Download the CaptuData app on your mobile device through the Google Play Store.

Steps:

  1. Open the Play Store on your Android device.

  2. In the search bar, type “CaptuData”.

  3. Select the app from the results and tap “Install.”

Once installed, the app will be available on your device.

Step 2: Log In to the App

  1. Open the CaptuData app.

  2. Enter the username and password sent to you by the administrator.

  3. Tap the “Log In” button to access your account.

✅ Result: You will be logged into your account and can start working with your assigned projects.

InfoLogin Errors

If your login credentials are incorrect, the app will not allow you to sign in and will display an error message similar to the one shown in the image.

If this happens:

  • Double-check your username and password.

  • If the issue persists, contact your platform administrator for assistance.

NotesOnce logged in, you can stay connected and access your projects even offline (as long as you don’t log out of the app)
