The CaptuData mobile app can be used both online and offline, making it ideal for fieldwork in areas with limited or no internet connectivity.
Follow these steps to ensure you can work without interruptions 👇

The app only works offline if you’ve already logged in beforehand.If you log out and later lose your internet connection, you won’t be able to access the app.
Steps:
Connect your device to the internet.
Open the CaptuData app.
Log in with your credentials.
Confirm that you have access to the project(s) you’ll be working on.
3. Use the App Offline
Once logged in:

To upload your inspections and information to the system, an internet connection is required.
Steps:
Reconnect to the internet.
Open the app.
Go to the “Synchronization” or “Upload Inspections” section.
Wait until the process completes successfully.
TipsAlways log in and verify project access before going to the field.
Prefer using Wi-Fi when syncing large files (such as videos).
Do not close the app until synchronization is complete to ensure your data uploads correctly.
