CaptuData offers different user roles that allow each organization to manage information in a secure and controlled way, according to the responsibilities of participants in each project or work.

 Inspectors

Responsible for performing inspections in assigned works using the mobile app and for uploading reports to the platform.
Main functions:

• Publish inspections from the platform.

• Delete photos from the web platform, as long as the inspection has not yet been published.

• Add descriptive text notes from the web platform before publishing the inspection.

 Supervisors

The only ones responsible for recording and updating critical project information.
Main functions:

• Enter percentages of physical and financial progress.

• Modify the project budget and delivery dates.

• Also have all the functionalities of an inspector.

 Viewers

Have access only to the information published by inspectors in the works they are authorized to view.
Key features:

• No need to install the mobile app.

• Can view the information through an executive dashboard on the web.

Facilitators

Responsible for managing the programs they are assigned to.
Main functions:

• Add external observations (photos, videos) from sources other than the mobile app.

• Create projects within the works assigned to them.

• Cannot modify the physical or financial progress of the projects.
