How to View the Details of a Work

How to view the details of a work in CaptuData

The system allows you to consult the general and progress information of each work, as well as its location on the map, directly from the program view.

🔹 Steps to view the details of a work

  1. Log in to CaptuData Web.

  2. Go to the program where the work is located.

  3. In the list of works, hover the cursor over the work you want to consult.

  4. The system will automatically display the general information of the work, including:

    • Work progress.

    • Location on the map.

  5. Review the displayed data (as shown in the example image).



Notes
This view provides a quick summary, without the need to open the full work details.
To access more detailed information, you can enter the selected work directly.

Viewing Detailed Information of a Work

When expanding the details of a work, in addition to its progress and location on the map, you can also consult other important data related to the project.

🔹 Additional information available

The displayed data includes:

  • Contract number 

  • Assigned contractor 

  • Original project amount 

  • Delivery date 

These fields are displayed in a clear and organized way, as shown in the reference image. 

Key Indicators in the Details of a Work

Within the information of a work in CaptuData, there are two main indicators that help identify variations in the project:

🔹 Contract Amount Variation 

Displays a percentage showing if the assigned amount has changed compared to the original value.



🔹 Delivery Date Variation 

Indicates a percentage showing if the projected delivery date has changed compared to the originally planned date.
