Edit Project or Work Details

How to Edit the Details of a Project or Work Site

The system allows you to update the information of a project or work site whenever necessary.

🔹 Steps to Edit Details

  1. Open the Projects Panel
    Go to the Projects/Works panel.

  2. Search for the Project
    Find the project or work site you want to modify.

  3. Click “View Details”
    Select “View Details” to open the project information.

  4. Locate the General Details Section
    Find the box containing the project’s general information.

  5. Click “Edit”
    Click “Edit” to start updating the details.


🔹 Information You Can Edit

Depending on the situation, you can modify data such as:

  • Operation number

  • Loan contract number

  • Assigned supervisor

  • Project size

  • Project location (geographical coordinates or address)

  • The fields available for editing depend on your user role.

  • Remember to save your changes once the update is complete.
