How to View Information of the Works in a Program

Viewing information of the works in a program

The system allows you to easily consult the information of the works or projects that belong to a program through the use of filters and quick views.

🔹 Steps to view the information

  1. Log in to CaptuData Web.

  2. At the top of the screen, apply the necessary filters (e.g., program, status, location, etc.).

  3. A list will be displayed with all the works or projects that match those filters.

  4. Hover the cursor over the work or project on the right side of the screen.

  5. In the map area, a summary will be shown with key indicators such as:

    • Physical progress.

    • Financial progress.

    • Work status.

    • Other relevant information configured in the system


Info
This view provides a quick summary, without the need to open the full details of the work.
To explore more detailed information about a specific work, you can access its full details directly from the list

View Complete Details of a Work or Project 

In addition to the initial summary, you can access more detailed information about a specific work or project.

🔹 Steps to view additional details

  1. Click directly on the work or project in the list.

  2. A new view will open with more complete details, where you can review key project information.

  3. From this same screen, you will also have the option to view the most recent inspection.
