How to Publish an Inspection

After completing an inspection using the mobile app, the next important step is to publish it so that all project stakeholders can view the inspection and the collected information.

🔹 Steps to Publish an Inspection

  1. Open the Projects Panel
    Go to the Projects/Works panel.

  2. Search for the Project
    Locate the project or work site whose inspection you want to publish.

  3. Click “View Details”
    Select “View Details” to open the project information.

  4. Go to the “Inspections” Tab
    Click “Inspections” to see the list of inspections.

  5. Open the Desired Inspection
    In the Actions column, click “View” for the inspection you want to publish.

  6. Click the Publish Icon
    At the top of the screen, click the Publish icon. 

  7. Confirm the Publication
    Once the inspection is published, the icon will appear filled in, indicating that it is now visible to all relevant team members.
