How to create a program?

Creating Programs in CaptuData

From the Configuration Panel, you can create programs based on their status: In Preparation, In Progress, or Finished.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Configuration Panel.

  2. Locate the “Org Chart” section (as shown in the image below).


Creating a New Program

You will see a screen displaying the programs by country and program status. From this view, you also have the option to create a new program based on this classification.

To create a program:

  1. Click the “Create” button (as shown in the image below).

  2. Continue by entering the required program information.


Entering Program Information

When you press the Create button, a screen will appear where you can:

  • Enter the name of the program 

  • Add a short description 

  • Select the program status (e.g., In Preparation, In Progress, or Finished) 

Once all the information has been entered, make sure to save the changes to confirm the creation of the program.
