How to Create a Work Order
To create a work order, follow these steps:
Step-by-step to create a work order

Go to the Work Orders Panel.

Click the “Create” button (as shown in the image below).
A new screen will open where you need to complete the required fields for the work order:

Description: Add a short note with clear instructions for the inspector.

User: Select the inspector or team member to whom the work order will be assigned.

Priority: Choose the urgency of the task (Very Low, Low, Medium, High, Very High).

Project: Select the project or site where the visit will take place.
-
Date: Set the date by which the field visit should be completed.

Result
Once the form is completed and saved, the work order will appear in the Work Orders Panel, and the assigned inspector will receive an email notification with all the details.
