Change the Project Map View in CaptuData

During an inspection, you can view a map on the right side of the screen that offers four different map styles to suit your needs.

🔹 Steps to Change the Map View

1️⃣ Simple Map View (Default)
This is the default view when you enter the inspection.
It displays a basic map without terrain details or satellite imagery.


2️⃣ Terrain View

  • Click the “Map” button.

  • Check the “Terrain” box to display relief and land-surface details.


3️⃣ Satellite View

  • Click the “Satellite” button to display the map with satellite imagery.




4️⃣ Satellite View with Labels

  • First, make sure you are in Satellite View.

  • Then select the “Labels” checkbox to add information such as place names and boundaries.
