Set an Inspection as the Default

The Set as Default option lets you assign a specific inspection’s location as the official project location.
When you set an inspection as default, the project will use that inspection’s geographic location.


🔹 Steps to Set an Inspection as Default

  1. Open the Projects Panel
    Go to the Projects/Works panel.

  2. Search for the Project
    Find the project or work site you want to update.

  3. Click “View Details”
    Select “View Details” to access the project’s information.

  4. Go to the “Inspections” Tab
    Click “Inspections” to view the list of inspections.

  5. Open the Desired Inspection
    In the Actions column, click “View” for the inspection you want.

  6. Click the “Default” Icon
    Locate and click the “Default” icon.
    Once clicked, the inspection is set as Default and the icon will appear filled in to indicate it is active.
