Download a PDF Report of an Inspection

Downloading a PDF report of an inspection allows you to keep all information neatly organized in a single file.
The report includes:

  • General project details

  • Inspection details

  • Contract information and project progress

  • Variations and work/project specifics

  • All inspection observations, including photos, videos, and text


🔹 Steps to Download the PDF Report

  1. Open the Projects Panel
    Go to the Projects/Works panel.

  2. Search for the Project
    Locate the project or work site for which you need the report.

  3. Click “View Details”
    Select “View Details” to open the project information.

  4. Go to the “Inspections” Tab
    Click “Inspections” to see the list of inspections.

  5. Open the Desired Inspection
    In the Actions column, click “View” for the inspection you want.

  6. Download the Report
    Find and click the PDF download icon at the top of the screen to export the inspection report.
