Download a KML File from an Inspection
About KML Files
A KML file is a geographic data format that can be viewed in mapping applications such as Google Earth.
Follow these steps to download a KML file from a specific inspection.
🔹 Steps to Download the KML

Open the Projects Panel
Go to the Projects/Works panel. -
Search for the Project
Locate the project or work site where the inspection is registered. -
Click “View Details”
Select “View Details” to open the project information. -
Go to the Inspections Tab
Click “Inspections” to view all inspections linked to the project. -
Open the Desired Inspection
In the Actions column, click “View” for the inspection you need. -
Download the KML File
Click the KML icon.
The file will automatically download to your device and can be used in applications such as Google Earth.
